EPAM Systems seeks an AWS Cloud Engagement Leader to own the AWS business within the Financial Services unit. You will guide clients through modernization journeys, foster executive relationships, and drive cloud-enabled transformation across co-sell and co-delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading AWS deal development, mentoring senior leaders, and traveling up to 50% to drive growth. Bachelor’s in CS or related field is required; an MBA is a plus, with 10+ years in tech consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of technology consulting and delivery with AWS focus.
• 5+ years growing cloud business in professional services or enterprise engineering.
• Fluency in AI-driven delivery models and expanding expertise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EPAM's Financial Services Business Unit to deliver AWS engagements.
• Collaborate with AWS senior leaders to amplify joint value proposition.
• Engage with Director-, VP-, and C-level client executives as a trusted AWS advisor.
• Build and accelerate strategic relationships with AWS stakeholders.
• Identify, develop, and close cloud transformation opportunities.
• Serve as Cloud Transformation leader for Financial Services clients across roles.
• Lead AWS deal development efforts as a player-coach.
• Mentor Client Partners and Senior Delivery Leaders in cloud best practices.
• Travel up to 25-50%.
