Job summary

SmartBear, headquartered in Somerville, MA, seeks an Associate Channel Manager for AWS to drive AWS Marketplace pipeline and partner collaboration. You will build trusted relationships with AWS teams and internal stakeholders to accelerate opportunities, coordinate referrals, and provide reporting on pipeline health.

You will partner with Account Executives and solution architects to enable sellers with AWS resources, driving growth and joint customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in channel-focused sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Experience with the AWS ecosystem is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives, Sales Directors, and AWS teams to drive AWS Marketplace pipeline.
• Build relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers, Account Managers, and Solution Architects.
• Coordinate referrals, funding programs, and joint customer engagements across stakeholders.
• Provide reporting and insights on pipeline health and progression.
• Enable sellers with AWS resources and best practices while expanding AWS expertise.
