Job summary

Loka, Inc seeks an experienced Alliances professional to own AWS day-to-day partnerships, balancing external AWS engagement with internal alignment. The role requires credibility, strong relationships, and a proactive, autonomous approach to drive growth across startup and healthcare segments.

You will manage AWS KPIs, coordinate with Sales and Operations on go-to-market initiatives, and represent Loka at partner events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in alliances, partner or channel roles within the AWS ecosystem.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS partner teams, ACE reports, co-sell and AO/PO motions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of Loka's AWS partnership, aligning with sales priorities and AWS frameworks.
• Act as the business owner of alliances; define roles with Sales and other teams.
• Own partner metrics and reporting; track KPIs and FGIs and convert into forecasts for leadership.
• Run regular cadences with the AWS partner team and internal stakeholders to review progress.
• Build and grow relationships with AWS District Managers and field teams across startup and SMB.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations on joint go-to-market initiatives to accelerate pipeline.
• Coordinate with Operations on deal registration and alliance compliance.
• Represent Loka at AWS partner events and industry conferences.
• Support growth of relationships with AI partners like Anthropic and OpenAI; track milestones and events.
• Track AWS ecosystem developments and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
