Infor is seeking a Sr. Director, Strategic Planning & Programs to translate strategy into actionable programs within Customer Success & Experience. You will own planning cadences, QBRs, and all-employee meetings to align leadership and teams around priorities.

Reporting to the SVP, Transformation, this role blends strategic vision with hands-on governance, cross-functional leadership, and AI-enabled insights to drive value and business impact.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategic operations, program management, or business operations roles, including partnering with executives.
• Proven track record turning strategic initiatives into measurable programs.
• Experience owning planning cycles like QBRs or annual/quarterly planning.
• Ability to drive alignment across a complex cross-functional environment without direct authority.
• Exceptional executive communication and ability to turn data into narratives and decision-ready materials.
• Experience leading organizational change and adoption planning.
• Financial and business acumen to evaluate program investments and tradeoffs.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use AI-forward methods to synthesize information and improve decision quality.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Identify and own strategic initiatives lacking clear owners, define scope and success measures.
• Lead cross-functional execution of high-priority programs across CS, Support, Education, Sales, Product, and others.
• Own annual and quarterly planning cycles with milestones and owners.
• Design and run the decision-making cadence, including QBRs and leadership offsites.
• Build executive and external-facing narratives connecting strategy to outcomes.
• Lead change-management planning for strategic initiatives and adoption.
• Track program outcomes and surface risks early for leadership action.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to synthesize insights and improve leadership decisions.
