Infor Inc. seeks a Senior Director to lead the Agentic Ecosystem, aligning ecosystem AI initiatives with Infor’s cloud vision. You will shape programs, pricing, and go-to-market models across partners to drive measurable growth and customer value.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and a transformation mindset to scale partner opportunities from ideation to revenue, across product, sales, marketing, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and scaling partner ecosystems across ISVs and enterprise software.
• Strong program management discipline with cross-functional execution and executive accountability.
• Experience designing cross-functional programs in complex enterprise tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional execution of ecosystem AI and agentic capabilities from concept through launch and scale.
• Translate strategy into integrated program designs, plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Drive clarity and governance across product, strategy, sales, marketing, legal, finance, operations, enablement, and ecosystem teams.
• Shape commercial structures, pricing and packaging, partner value propositions, GTM assets, sales alignment, and field activation for ecosystem initiatives.
• Influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with executives to maintain momentum.
• Deliver partner-led software license growth, customer adoption, and competitive differentiation.
