Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years of verified experience preferred.
• Experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training in daily living activities across shifts.
• Foster independence by creating opportunities for decision making.
• Comply with regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Support medical, clinical and financial needs of clients.
• Transport clients to medical, recreational, and community activities.
• Maintain progress notes, checklists and program documentation.
