Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II – Awake Overnight to empower individuals to live independently within their communities. You will provide daily care, teach life skills, follow ISP/Behavior Support Plans, and support health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Assist individuals with life skills and community integration.
• Follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans and document progress.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health needs.
• Support health, safety, and transportation to appointments.
• Mentor and train other staff as needed.
