Job summary

SEVEN HILLS FOUNDATION INC seeks a Direct Support Professional II - Asleep Overnight to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. You'll provide daily support in a residential setting, help with life skills, and follow ISP/Behavior Support Plans while ensuring safety and dignity.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour for awake shifts and $17.50 for asleep hours, with location-based differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active US driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist individuals in building independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
