Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II for asleep overnight shifts. The role supports individuals in a residential setting, teaching life skills and promoting independence within the community. A leadership path includes mentoring staff and ensuring safe, respectful care.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials. Sleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour; benefits are offered for full-time staff, including health insurance and retirement

Qualifications

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support individuals with daily living activities.
• Active US driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overall health and well-being.
