Job summary

The Caring Community of CT is seeking Awake Overnight Staff for Riley House in Ledyard. Open shifts include Mon 10:30p-8:30a, Tue 11p-8:30a, Wed 11p-8:30a, and Sun 8a-4p. Location: Riley House (Ledyard). Schedule is Open Shift with a hourly pay of $20.16.

Responsibilities include assisting individuals with daily living activities, mobility, medications, and documentation, while ensuring safety and compliance with policies. Training, CPR/First Aid, and orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and behavioral support plans.
• Assist with physical mobility and transfers using approved training and equipment.
• Provide basic medical support and medication administration per training and certification.
• Complete service notes, reports, and incident documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and protect individuals from abuse and neglect.
• Provide transportation in a safe and lawful manner.
• Attend required training and maintain CPR, first aid, and medication administration certifications.
• Work cooperatively with individuals served, families, supervisors, and other team members.
