Job summary

The Caring Community of CT is seeking an Awake Overnight Staff for Fitch House (Salem). The role involves supervising and assisting individuals with daily living activities in a calm, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include mobility support, basic medical tasks, documentation, and ensuring safety. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license. Training and certifications in CPR/First Aid may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and their behavioral support plans.
• Assist with physical mobility and transfers when needed, using approved training and equipment.
• Provide basic medical support and medication administration according to required training and certification.
• Complete service notes, reports, and incident documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow agency policies to protect individuals from abuse and neglect.
• Provide transportation in a safe and lawful manner.
• Attend required training and maintain applicable CPR, first aid, and medication administration certifications.
• Work cooperatively with individuals served, families, supervisors, and other team members.

Location: Fitch House (Salem)

Schedule: Open Shift

Pay: $20.16/hr

Days: Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun

Weekly schedule: Thu 11p-9a | Fri 11p-9a | Sat 11p-9a | Sun 11p-9a
