Job summary

MARC Community Resources, LTD. in Middletown, CT is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the 3rd shift (awake) at 30 hours per week. The role focuses on health, well-being, and developmental support for individuals we serve, following agency policies and contributing to inclusive goals.

The DSP will assist with behavior support plans, ISP goals, and participate in a comprehensive training program, with a strong commitment to IMPACT's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CT Driver's License and reliable vehicle with current CT registration and insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Follow agency policies and promote inclusion and social and emotional growth.
• Support health, well-being, and development of individuals served.
• Create, implement, and update Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals.
