Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering experience
10+ years of leadership experience managing multiple software development teams
Experience leading cloud migration, platform modernization, and digital transformation
Experience with enterprise application architecture, cloud technologies, API and integration platforms, DevSecOps methodologies

Responsibilities

Lead software engineering teams across multiple product and technology domains.
Establish and execute technology roadmaps, engineering strategies, and modernization initiatives.
Drive adoption of cloud‑native architectures, microservices, API‑first development, event‑driven systems, and modern engineering practices.
Champion AI‑assisted software engineering capabilities to improve developer productivity, software quality, automation, and delivery effectiveness.
Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Operations, Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to deliver strategic technology solutions.
Provide technical leadership across digital experience platforms, cash management capabilities, payment and money movement solutions, integrations, and cloud services.
