Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks an AVP, Technology Finance to lead the technology finance organization and deliver strategic financial oversight for a multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolio. This role partners with Technology leaders to optimize investments and value realization, shaping plans across cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, a strong track record with strategic partnerships at the executive level,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Technology Finance organization of 20+ professionals and deliver strategic decision support.
• Partner with Technology and business leaders to evaluate investments and allocate resources.
• Develop FP&A processes, forecasting, reporting, and value realization across major technology initiatives.
• Translate technology programs into financial impact and executive-level recommendations.
