Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience with a medium-to-large company preferred.
• IT Finance or tech-related experience preferred; finance principles essential.
• Advanced Excel; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience configuring BI/visualization tools, especially Power BI (Tableau a plus).
• Hands-on data analysis, reporting automation, and query tools such as Power Query, SQL, Python, Databricks, or similar.
• Experience integrating automation and AI tools into enterprise systems to improve efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets, including the five-year strategic plan for Global Enterprise Technology.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and assist in preparing presentations.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and ensure proper coding based on COA.
• Organize meetings with project leaders to review budget status and risks.
• Analyze IT Finance systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
• Design enhancements and reporting frameworks for month-end close and forecasting cycles.
• Configure BI platforms to improve data integration and self-service reporting.
• Evaluate new technologies including AI for finance processes and efficiency.
