Job summary

The role emphasizes valuation, modeling, and complex financing structures within a large, multinational ship and port investment program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's desirable.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance; senior level preferred.
• Experience in valuation and deal execution through investment banking, accounting, asset management, or real estate investments.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor a team of two to three analysts.
• Model, structure deals, forecast, and report on a global investment portfolio.
• Evaluate new initiatives and structure investments for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor JV performance, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize returns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Tax, Treasury) to support capital needs and financing.
• Prepare monthly/annual performance reports for individual investments and the portfolio.
