Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks an Associate Vice President, Technology Procurement to lead enterprise-wide sourcing for software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity and related services, aligning with digital transformation goals and cost optimization.

The AVP will build category strategies, manage SRM, negotiate multi-million-dollar deals, and guide a 20-person team across onshore and offshore resources to deliver measurable savings and value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of procurement experience with technology categories.
• Proven track record in leading complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations.
• Strong financial acumen and multi-million-dollar budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide procurement for software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity and related services.
• Develop and execute procurement category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Establish governance and risk mitigation across technology procurement activities.
• Partner with technology and finance teams to forecast needs and deliver value.
• Mentor and develop a Global Technology Procurement team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Engineering or related field

Master’s degree or MBA

CPM, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certifications
