Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 10 years of leadership experience in transportation projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 20+ years of experience leading large transportation organizations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Established relationships with INDOT and transportation agencies in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Indiana Surface Transportation Business Line.
• Lead all aspects of transportation project delivery across Indiana, safely and within budget.
• Direct operational performance including resource planning, financials, risk, and quality.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of managers, engineers, and professionals.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify investments and growth opportunities.
