• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience, including 4 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading transportation design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies potential program problems or opportunities and develops optimal mitigation strategies.
• Manages the most complex projects across multiple locations.
• Represents IE with consulting firms, ensuring alignment with scope and budget.
• Develops and maintains program plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates across departments.
• Establishes relationships with clients, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Implements risk management strategies to identify and mitigate risks.
• Presents regular program status reports to executives and stakeholders.
• Mentors junior program managers to build organizational capacity.
• Drives continuous improvement of program management processes.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
