AECOM seeks an Associate Vice President (AVP) – Surface Transportation Lead to guide the Indiana Transportation practice. This role focuses on strategic growth, project delivery excellence, and building a high-performing team across roadway, bridge, and planning disciplines.

You will oversee major programs, manage client relationships, and collaborate with regional leaders to advance operational performance and innovation in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 10+ years of leadership in transportation projects.
• PE license preferred and experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to develop strategic growth plans for transportation organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for Indiana Surface Transportation, aligning with regional and national objectives.
• Lead transportation project delivery across Indiana, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop long-term strategies to grow the Surface Transportation practice and market leadership.
• Direct operational performance including planning, budget, and risk management.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers and engineers.
