Abbott is seeking an Area Vice President to drive growth and expansion in the U.S. TAVR and TMTI markets. This senior leader will develop and execute the commercial strategy, establishing a foundation for long-term success and sustainable growth across the U.S.

TAVR and TMTI businesses. Reporting to the Divisional VP, U.S. Commercial, the AVP will oversee commercial performance and market development across select states, collaborating with Structural Heart Marketing and Global Marketing teams

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of related work experience; minimum 15+ years of sales management experience.
• Experience in medical devices required; minimum 10 years.
• Prior TAVR experience preferred; prior TMTI experience preferred.
• Experience in a regulated high-quality system environment; compliance with regulations required.

Aufgaben

• Developing and building the infrastructure, commercial foundation, and strategic objectives for the Abbott Structural Heart business across sales, marketing, clinical training, and sales operations functions.
• Identifying and evaluating market opportunities and sales potential; formulate sales strategies for markets within the assigned geography and product lines.
• Developing, training to, and implementing the sales process and enabling infrastructure to maximize performance.
• Identify, select, and retain diverse high-caliber talent; ensure workforce is challenged, motivated, and engaged.
