LPL Financial in Charlotte seeks an AVP, Release Train Engineer & Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale technology delivery within the EPMO. You will align roadmaps with business priorities and provide executive-level status on progress, risks, and budgets.

You will facilitate SAFe Release Trains, unite Scrum Masters and Product Owners, drive backlog grooming, and coach teams toward operational excellence while delivering on strategic initiatives.

Formación

• 8+ years in Agile delivery leadership as RTE/PM in a large enterprise, preferably financial services.
• 8+ years facilitating SAFe Release Trains with strong executive presence.
• 5+ years engaging SVPs and C-level leaders with insights and influence.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs and tech/ops alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-scale technology delivery within the EPMO and align roadmaps with business priorities.
• Facilitate SAFe ART events, coordinate Scrum Masters, Product Owners and tech leads.
• Provide concise executive status updates on scope, timeline, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement and remove impediments across delivery teams and stakeholders.
