Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Release Train Engineer and Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale technology delivery within the EPMO. You will align roadmaps with business priorities, coach delivery teams, and provide executive-level updates while removing impediments across multiple teams and external stakeholders.

You will facilitate ART events, manage releases, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on governance, risk, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be proactive and identify, track, and remove impediments to program success.
• Understand how individual projects affect the program/portfolio and raise issues and risks to leadership.
• Monitor team velocity and burn rates, identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Adhere to SDLC and ensure SDLC artifact compliance.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure testing and deployment of new features.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
