Job summary

WSP USA in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Roadway Engineer/Project Manager to lead complex roadway, BRT, multimodal and civil infrastructure projects across Nevada. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure design excellence, manage scope, budget and schedule, and drive client relationships with NDOT, Clark County and regional agencies.

This leadership role requires a licensed Nevada PE, 10+ years of roadway/transportation design and PM experience, proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in roadway/transportation design and PM.
• Nevada PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience delivering projects for NDOT, county, RTC, or municipalities.
• Proficient in civil engineering principles, design, permitting processes, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of roadway and multimodal projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, and risk.
• Oversee roadway geometrics, plans, estimates, and supporting analyses.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external agencies.
• Serve as primary client contact and support business development in Nevada.
