Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in traffic engineering and design.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Staff management experience.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a local team of traffic design and operations professionals, providing mentoring and development.
• Provide traffic engineering technical expertise on projects.
• Lead traffic-focused projects and tasks on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Collaborate with client relationships to cross-sell services.
