Job summary

WSP Global Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Vice President, Roadway Engineer/Project Manager to lead complex roadway and multimodal projects in the Las Vegas market.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, oversee design execution, and drive technical excellence for major clients including local and state agencies. The role offers a leadership track within Nevada’s transportation growth, with opportunities to shape the Las Vegas roadway practice and expand regional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in roadway/transportation design and PM.
• Licensed PE in Nevada (or able to obtain within 6 months).
• Experience delivering projects for NDOT, County, RTC, or municipal clients.
• Proficiency in civil engineering principles, design, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of roadway and multimodal projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, and risk.
• Oversee roadway geometrics, plans, profiles, and estimates.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external agencies.
• Serve as primary client contact and grow Nevada T&I business.
