Symetra Financial Corporation in Bellevue, WA, seeks an AVP of Practice Management - Training Enablement to lead sales enablement for the Retirement division. You will partner with sales, marketing, compliance, and training teams to deliver impactful content and scalable development programs.

You will shape onboarding, drive field readiness, and elevate performance across the organization while traveling regularly to support partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales enablement, training, or distribution within financial services.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Wamiliarity with annuities/retirement products is a plus.

• Deliver presentations in person and virtual; work with executives.
