Job summary

Symetra Financial Corporation is seeking a Regional Vice President for Retirement in the Virginia market. The role reports to the Divisional Vice President and focuses on growing the territory through new producer acquisitions and strong product knowledge, using CRM tools to hit sales targets in bank/wire channels.

Qualifications

FINRA 6 or 7, 63 and Life and Health license is required.
Strong sales competence with proven presentation skills.
Ability to grow a region through new producer acquisition.
Excellent knowledge of the advisor community and industry.
Willingness to travel 80% within the territory.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with a sound territory coverage and zone rotation.
Lead trainings and seminars for Financial Professionals and Bankers.
Source leads via Strategic Sales Opportunities and maintain CRM data.
Adhere to travel and expense budgets and Symetra sales processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to maximize territory sales.
