Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including leading software engineering organizations.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience with managers and/or engineering leaders.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale applications and services.
• Experience leading application modernization, cloud transformation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of technology governance, cybersecurity, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy for the Stop Loss division.
• Lead solution build efforts, architecture decisions, and technology roadmaps.
• Lead engineering teams delivering business-critical applications on time and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, tools, and development practices, including AI-enabled delivery.
• Oversee vendor engagements and third-party development.
