With 2+ years in management and 3+ years in sales in retail banking, you will join a knowledgeable team that values integrity and collaboration while pursuing branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent of working experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a retail banking environment.
• 2+ years of management experience, or 3+ years in a Team Leader or Assistant Manager position.
• Advanced knowledge of key banking operations, security policies, practices and procedures.
• Advanced ability to meet and/or exceed established sales, operational, business development calling, and CRA goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to present to various group sizes.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees, organize activities, maximize branch profitability and ensure high level of customer service.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training and development; conduct performance reviews and resolve issues.
• Organize branch sales, operations and service processes to optimize customer service and productivity.
• Ensure staff compliance with regulations and security policies and procedures.
• Develop profitable relationships with individuals, small businesses and organizations in the community.
• Call on prospective and existing customers to develop professional relationships for new business.
