Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership responsibilities with proven problem solving, team building and decision-making.
• Effective selling and marketing techniques and strategies.
• Ability to earn respect of AEs through integrity, industry knowledge and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Coach, drive and co-lead regional sales new business growth.
• Hold Account Executives accountable for daily activities leading to sales goals.
• Oversee prospecting plans, marketing strategies, call plans and opportunity qualification.
• Manage funnel updates in Salesforce and account development plans.
• Coordinate with marketing strategy teams and campaign planning.
• Assist region with pre-sale efforts to improve timelines.
