Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of day-to-day operation of the branch and associates.
• Direct activities to ensure complete and efficient customer service.
• Implement policy for cashing checks and withdrawals and safe deposits.
• Maintain compliance with branch operations and staff training.
• Handle unusual or difficult customer concerns.
• Oversee recruitment and training of branch staff.
• Partner with other departments to support operations and compliance.
• Manage operation and maintenance of branch facilities.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Oversee policies related to bank security systems and devices.
