Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an AVP to advance data analytics, portfolio strategy, and prospect research within the Foundation Development team. The role requires leading research efforts, guiding prospect moves, and coordinating with Gift Officers to optimize fundraising outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in research and fundraising, with strong data warehousing and analysis skills. This is a non-remote, Phoenix/Scottsdale-based position with a $5,000 new hire bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Required.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in research and fundraising development.
• Experience in portfolio management preferred in large healthcare/university settings.

Responsibilities

• Support Foundation Development Divisions and Gift Officers with data analysis and prospect research.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donor relationships using portfolio moves.
• Supervise prospect research vendors and ensure KPI reporting and analytics.
