Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• 3 years experience managing others.
• Proven track record owning a large-scale ($25M+), multi-year transformation program with executive visibility.
• Experience with vendor resources and complex vendor relationships.
• Experience operating at executive/senior leadership level; risk escalation and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Control planning and execution of projects, programs, portfolios and PMO activities to meet cost, time and quality goals.
• Apply expert project management knowledge and tools to deliver outcomes that meet stakeholder needs.
• Define and operate within a flexible project management methodology.
• Set demand and delivery parameters using industry best practices.
• Lead a team of project and program managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
