Job summary

KKR is seeking a strategic marketing leader to own product marketing for Independent Distribution, including IMOs and BGAs. The AVP will shape campaigns, messaging, and launch plans, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.

You will drive cross-functional programs, manage content creation, and measure impact across channels to grow annuity product adoption through independent partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience in sales and marketing of annuity products.
• Experience supporting Independent Distribution, including IMO and BGA relationships.
• FINRA Series 6 registration, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product marketing strategy for Independent Distribution, aligning priorities with sales objectives.
• Develop and manage marketing plans translating priorities into campaigns, channel programs, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Independent Sales and National Accounts to engage IMO and BGA partners.
• Lead strategy and execution for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and sales tools.
• Develop digital and print materials, websites, and resources with Marketing and Creative.
• Manage initiatives end to end from brief to deployment and optimization.
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and compliant with requirements.
• Define reporting and metrics with analytics to improve engagement and revenue.
