Title: AVP - Product Manager

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007 USA

Duties:

• Provide day-to-day direction and enable issue resolution/escalation.
• Incorporate user needs into stories and validate within each sprint or capability launch.
• Support demos, Backlog Refinement, Go Live Readiness, including user acceptance testing and training coordination.
• Develop data flow diagrams for reporting integrations supporting technical design and build processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and quality assurance leads to ensure effective communication and issue management.
• Lead user acceptance testing by gathering test scenarios, developing scripts, triaging defects, and capturing stakeholder sign-off.
• Collaborate with external consultants on technology initiatives, reviewing project artifacts, coordinating meetings, and testing new functionality.
• Provide demonstrations and documentation for new features.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with Data Management and Analytics Teams to ensure data quality and reporting objectives.
• Create runbooks and ensure documentation standards are met.
• Identify project risks and issues, highlighting them to senior management.
• Perform UAT testing using Functional, Database, and Webservice testing.
• Provide post-production support.
• Lead Scrum teams with requirement clarifications.
• Provide project metrics and reports to stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis using SQL queries in Oracle, Sybase, DB2.
• This position permits telecommuting (100%).

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles within financial services. Alternatively, ten (10) years of related experience can substitute for a degree. Must have experience with credit ratings data, product management, data analysis, translating business requirements, applying business analytics, digital transformation, agile methodology, managing financial data projects, designing analytical tools, working with SQL and BI tools, and improving product features or data pipelines.

Salary & Benefits:

For US-based roles, the salary range is $170,373 - $204,650/year, depending on experience and other factors. The role is eligible for incentive compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k), life, disability, insurance, stock purchase plans, and tuition reimbursement.
