As a Consultant, you will partner with key team members to define product and journey vision and strategy, discovering, refining, and delivering user-centric products and experiences.
You will serve as the customer proxy for the development team, working with stakeholders to meet business outcomes and managing a comprehensive product backlog.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Reports to AVP.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 7+ years in product management, business analysis, or related fields; product or engineering background preferred.
Knowledge & Skills: Broad understanding of technologies, insurance practices, agile methodologies, customer-centric design, data analytics, and ability to manage budgets and prioritize effectively.
Other: Leadership, adaptability, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
Regularly demonstrates Nationwide Values. Not eligible for overtime. Normal office environment. Specific duties may vary based on circumstances.

Note: Salary range is $95,000 - $197,000, with an expected starting range of $106,000 - $158,000, depending on various factors.
