As a Consultant, you will partner with key team members to define product and journey vision and strategy, discover, refine, and deliver products that meet user needs and create excellent user experiences.
You will serve as the customer proxy for the agile development team, working with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business outcomes, measured by KPIs. You will have end-to-end responsibility for maintaining a comprehensive product backlog, including new features, enhancements, and technology-driven work.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Reports to AVP.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 7+ years in product management, business analysis, or related areas; product, business, or engineering background preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills: Broad understanding of technologies impacting products, insurance practices, agile methodologies, customer-centric design, data analytics, and budget management. Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
Additional competencies may be required, and staffing exceptions need approval.
Demonstrate Nationwide Values regularly. The role is exempt from overtime, in a normal office environment. Specific circumstances may vary.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $197,000, with an expected starting range of $106,000 to $158,000, depending on various factors.
