Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day direction and issue resolution/escalation.
  • Incorporate user needs into stories and validate within each sprint or capability launch.
  • Support demos, Backlog Refinement, Go Live Readiness, including UAT and training coordination.
  • Develop data flow diagrams for reporting integrations supporting technical design and build.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and QA leads for effective communication and issue management.
  • Lead UAT by developing test scenarios, scripts, and managing defects and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Coordinate with external consultants on technology initiatives, review project artifacts, and test new functionalities.
  • Provide demonstrations and documentation for new features.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Data Management and Analytics Teams to ensure data quality and reporting objectives.
  • Create runbooks and ensure documentation compliance with standards.
  • Identify risks and issues, and communicate to senior management.
  • Perform UAT testing to validate requirements and business logic using SQL queries.
  • Provide post-production support.
  • Lead Scrum teams and provide project metrics and reports.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL in Oracle, Sybase, DB2.
  • Telecommuting is permitted (100% telecommuting position). Will consider applicants residing in the continental U.S.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems or a related field plus 5 years of experience, or 10 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with credit ratings data, product management, data analysis, and supporting software implementation projects in financial services.
  • Skills in translating business requirements, applying analytics, managing projects, designing analytical features, and working with SQL and BI tools.
Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for US-based roles is $170,373 - $204,650/year, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. In addition to salary, the role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k), insurance, stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
