Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President of Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities that power procurement performance.

The AVP will own the technology portfolio, end-to-end process strategy and governance across sourcing, contracting and supplier management, analytics and M&A enablement. The role will establish a multi-year roadmap spanning technology, data, processes and organizational capability, collaborating with Finance, Legal, Risk, IT and business

Qualifikationen

15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Procurement Operations, Procurement Technology, Source-to-Contract Transformation, Enterprise Process Ownership, Analytics, M&A Integration, Finance Operations or related enterprise leadership roles.

Aufgaben

Architect the Procurement Operating Model, translating strategy into an integrated roadmap across organization, process, technology, data, analytics, governance and capability.
Own the Procurement technology portfolio, defining platform architecture, investments, adoption and value realization.
Lead end-to-end process ownership for intake, demand shaping, category planning, sourcing, contracting workflows and supplier onboarding.
