Humana is seeking a visionary AVP, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities in technology, process ownership, analytics and transformation. The role coordinates across Finance, Technology, Legal and business teams to deliver scalable, value-driven procurement solutions.

You will drive end-to-end procurement strategy from sourcing to supplier management, champion AI-enabled capabilities, and oversee governance, adoption and measured outcomes across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Procurement Operations, Procurement Technology, Source-to-Contract Transformation, Enterprise Process Ownership, Analytics, M&A Integration, Finance Operations or related enterprise leadership roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including building, transforming and retaining multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience owning a portfolio of Procurement technology platforms and converting business strategy into roadmaps, investment priorities, requirements, delivery, adoption and realized value.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model with end-to-end design across intake, demand shaping, category planning, sourcing, contracting and supplier onboarding.
• Own the Procurement Technology Portfolio including strategy, roadmaps, governance and adoption.
• Lead Enterprise Procurement Process Ownership across standards, methodologies and controls.
• Build an Insight-Led Procurement Function generating decision-ready analytics and executive insights.
• Lead Procurement M&A Diligence and Integration Enablement to support transactions.
• Govern the Procurement Transformation Portfolio with quarterly planning and executive reviews.
