Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Procurement Operations, Procurement Technology, Source-to-Contract Transformation, Analytics and related enterprise leadership roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including building and retaining multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience owning a portfolio of Procurement technology platforms and driving investment priorities, delivery, adoption and value realization.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous needs into scalable process, data and operating-model solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Procurement operating model and define end-to-end process ownership across the lifecycle.
• Own the Procurement technology portfolio with governance, roadmaps and value realization.
• Lead enterprise procurement process ownership and establish enterprise standards.
• Build an insight-led procurement function delivering data products and executive insights.
• Lead M&A diligence and integration enablement with cross-functional partners.
• Govern the transformation portfolio with quarterly planning and executive reviews.
• Build and lead a High-Performance Procurement Center of Excellence.
