State Street in Burlington, MA, is seeking an L2 Systems Analyst responsible for client engagement and managing Charles River IMS systems. This role involves ensuring optimal use of applications and providing technical support. The L2 Systems Analyst is a client-facing, business and technical position responsible for all aspects of managing production of Charles River IMS systems clients as part of the Charles River Software as a Service (SaaS)/Managed Services offerings, including Application Management for hosted and non-hosted clients.
The team you will be joining is part of Charles River Development (CRD), which became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management, and hedge funds. Together we have created the first open front-to-back platform – State Street Alpha, launched in 2019.
