Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION in the United States seeks an AVP, Client Service and Operations Support for the Managed Account Servicing group. The candidate will manage daily SMA tasks, reconcile data, and drive improvements in reporting and performance measurement for institutional clients.

Ideal candidates bring wealth management experience, strong operational discipline, and knowledge of Charles River IMS or similar trading software.

Qualifications

• Strong background in an asset servicing business and wealth management or managed accounts experience.
• Proven ability to define business requirements for system integration and workflow design.
• Experience with institutional investment operations including reconciliations and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Daily SMA operational tasks supporting multiple clients (reconciliations, set up, reporting).
• Monthly performance activities, data checks, and issue resolution.
• Develop tests for client upgrades and enhancements; adopt AI to support growth.
• Oversee implementation and requirements for the Wealth platform.
