Job summary

State Street is seeking a client-facing support specialist to manage production Charles River IMS systems for multiple clients as part of the SaaS offering. You will provide expert remote management, administration and support, focusing on system availability and performance.

Responsibilities include user management, configuration changes, patching, upgrades, and collaboration with vendors to deliver integrated services. Occasional travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services Investment Management, Trading or related systems is highly preferable.
• Proven ability to partner with internal departments to deliver customer service.
• Experience in database configuration, operations and basic administration functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level remote management, administration and support for Client production Charles River IMS solutions.
• Manage user administration and privileges; adjust parameters as needed.
• Monitor system availability and performance; apply patches and upgrades.
