Job summary

Synchrony seeks an AVP - Pet Partners and Digital Experience to drive growth in Health and Wellness by expanding the pet market portfolio within CareCredit. You will partner with ISVs and eCommerce players, manage pipelines, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to deliver revenue opportunities.

The role emphasizes strategic partnerships, data-driven performance tracking, and a flexible work arrangement with travel 25–50% as schedules allow.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in Financial Services.
3+ years of sales/marketing experience with a track record of results.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering formal communications to senior business leaders or key external partners.
Willingness and ability to travel for business as required.

Responsibilities

Drive commercialization by serving as relationship lead with key ISV and digital partners.
Source and negotiate partnership agreements with pet software and eCommerce partners; obtain IRSC approval and own partnership growth initiatives.
Collaborate with Pet leadership, H&W ISV team, Business Development, Ventures, and Strategy on integrations and eCommerce partnerships for existing partners.
Support Partners and Digital Experiences team with pipeline management, sales operations, and reporting.
Liaise with Vet CD team to provide subject matter expertise for partners using ISV workflow integrations.
Engage and coordinate prioritization of business objectives and IT development.
Track and report performance with KPIs and provide executive updates and recommendations.
Travel 25-50% based on partner/conference schedules.
