Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an AVP - Pet Partners and Digital Experience to drive growth in health and wellness, expanding the pet market portfolio across the CareCredit platform. You will work with external partners and cross-functional teams to identify revenue opportunities and lead strategic partnerships with animal software and ecommerce teams.

You will manage pipeline, sales operations, and reporting while coordinating with Vet CD teams and senior leadership to advance ISV workflow integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in Financial Services.
• 3+ years of sales/marketing experience with a track record of results.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering formal communications to senior business leaders or external partners.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercialization (accounts, transactions) by serving as relationship lead for key ISV and digital partners.
• Source and negotiate partnership agreements with pet software and eCommerce partners; obtain IRSC approval and own partnership growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Pet leadership, H&W ISV team, Business Development, Ventures, and Strategy to pursue integrations and eCommerce partnerships and new product opportunities.
• Support Partners and Digital Experiences team with pipeline management, sales operations, and reporting as needed.
• Liaise with Vet CD team to provide subject matter expertise for large and mid-size partners about ISV workflow integrations.
• Engage, influence, and coordinate prioritization of business objectives and IT development.
• Track and report performance: Establish KPIs and provide executive updates and recommendations.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
• Travel 25-50% based on partner/conference schedules.
