Job summary

Synchrony seeks an AVP - Pet Partners and Digital Experience to drive health and wellness growth, partnering with pet software and eCommerce players for expanded revenue in the CareCredit ecosystem. Lead strategic initiatives with external partners and cross-functional teams.

Role requires strong relationship management, deal negotiation, and ability to travel up to 50% for partner events, with collaboration across pet leadership, strategy, and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in Financial Services.
• 3+ years of sales/marketing experience with a track record of results.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering formal communications to either senior business leaders or key external business partners.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship for key ISV and digital partners to drive commercialization.
• Source and negotiate partnership agreements with pet software and eCommerce partners; obtain IRSC approval.
• Collaborate with Pet leadership, H&W ISV team, Business Development, Ventures, and Strategy to pursue integrations and partnerships.
• Support Partners and Digital Experiences team with pipeline management, sales operations, and reporting.
• Liaise with Vet CD team to provide subject matter expertise for ISV workflow integrations.
• Engage, influence, and coordinate prioritization of business objectives and IT development.
• Track and report KPIs and provide executive updates and recommendations.
• Travel 25-50% based on partner/conference schedules.
