Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an AVP - Pet Partners and Digital Experience to drive Health and Wellness growth across the CareCredit pet portfolio. The role partners with ISV and digital vendors, negotiates agreements, and leads cross-functional initiatives with Pet leadership, Strategy, and Business Development.

You will influence senior stakeholders, manage pipelines, and monitor performance KPIs while traveling up to 50% for partner events and conferences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in Financial Services.
3+ years sales/marketing with measurable results.
2+ years delivering formal communications to senior leaders or external partners.
Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

Drive commercialization as relationship lead for ISV and digital partners.
Source and negotiate partnership agreements with pet software/eCommerce partners; obtain approval and manage growth.
Collaborate with Pet leadership and strategy teams on integrations and new product opportunities.
Support pipeline management, sales ops, and reporting for Partners and Digital Experiences.
Liaise with Vet CD team for subject matter expertise on ISV workflow integrations.
Engage and prioritize business objectives and IT development.
Track KPIs and provide executive updates and recommendations.
Perform other duties and/or special projects; travel 25-50% as needed.
