Job summary

Wilton Re Services, Inc. is seeking an AVP of Operations in Norwalk, CT or remote work arrangement, to apply analytical and project management skills to acquisition integration programs and ongoing management of in-force policies.

The role requires life and annuity insurance industry experience, product knowledge, and understanding of accounting and statutory reporting. The candidate will lead high-touch projects, coordinate across functional areas, and support data integration and process

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in life and annuity insurance operations and project leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-touch projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acquisition Integration programs and manage transition plans.
• Oversee in force management activities and data/operational improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful integrations.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation steps.
• Provide board-ready reporting and ensure regulatory and accounting alignment.
